In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color if it is not available.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. As a Trustwave secured site, all transactions on our site are as secure as possible. Before proceeding with an order, we make an effort to obtain an authorization on your credit card at the point of sale. If there are any problems with securing and authorization, you will be notified as soon as possible via the phone or email.

Will I receive a Confirmation E-mail for my order?

Yes, you will receive an email immediately following your online purchase. Please enter a valid e-mail to ensure you receive your confirmation. We also recommend that you print and maintain a copy of your confirmation e-mail. Please add info@faithandflowers.com to your e-mail address book and to your Safe Senders List.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Do I have to enter a phone number?

Can I cancel my order at anytime?

If an order is in the process of being delivered, we are unable to cancel your order. However, if you need to make a change to an order or have a concern, please contact us immediately at info@faithandflowers.com and we will help you in the best way possible.
